Self-Defense and Protection Training

This is a beginner to cutting-edge level program where students learn the techniques and concepts adopted from Krav Maga, Jiu Jitsu, and Filipino Martial Arts.  We address the most common threats and attacks. We also include other defenses inspired from Military Combatives. The program also addresses ground defenses from Jiu Jitsu, Judo, and Ground Survival.


Phase 1

These courses are designed for you to learn the basics such as situational awareness, spotting oncoming threats, striking with the hands, elbows, knees, feet and headbutts. You will acquire the knowledge needed to perform these techniques for self-defenses.


Phase 2

This level focuses on adding more vital skills to the basic foundation of level one. You will learn to off-balance the attacker to the ground or causing them to fall. You will learn joint locks to keep the attacker in submission holds so they can’t move or using force to dislocate a joint. Examples would be armbars, chokes, and sweeps, and throws.   


Phase 3

This level focuses on the beginning skills and understandings of blunt objects, edged weapons, and improvise weapons, for defense. You will learn the basic angles of attack with weapons and how to defend yourself against weapons.
